The Ventura Art and Street Painting Festival will take place September 9th & 10th 2023 from 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. each day at the Ventura Harbor Village. The event combines artists showing and selling their work, and street painters who create colorful chalk pastel murals on the harbor’s sidewalks. Admission is free.
